"Pros- responded quickly. Arrived on time. Cons- highly over priced. It took the tech 30 seconds to remove the stuck door knob and open the door. Was charged $340 total for "parts and labor" although no parts where purchased. Wouldn't recommend due to the price."

Got a fast ETA of hour and half, and considering everywhere else I called (5 places) either didn't respond, told me they would call back and never did, or quoted 7-8am.... Guy was even super understanding about my phone being almost dead battery-wise, gave me an ETA and description so that I could be ready to let him in if it died.
