"Two stars for effort but this sucks. Insidelocations often do as they are the stores employees trying to be Starbucks workers. 2nd time here and last. I’d gave it another chance but nah. My sandwiches were blackened I didn’t notice till I got home. I’m not spending almost $20 for burnt food. Tried to stomach it but couldn’t. It should have never been served to me. They should’ve known better rather than saving a buck and time , they should’ve remade it. Next time I’ll check my food. Didn’t think I need too cuz Starbucks usually never messes up. But again real ones lmao not ones inside stores."
"Dawn made the me a salted caramel cold brew and it was the best coffee I have ever had at Starbucks seriously. I was not expecting much too because she by herself and she looked a little overwhelmed which I completely understand but for her to make my coffee the way she did it was amazing. I live on 10th and B so there’s a closer Starbucks to me but I’ll literally walk the extra mile just to get coffee at Ralph’s! Thanks Dawn and I love your stiege"
