"I went in to Toyota Fremont for an oil change and brake fluid exchange paid about total 260 yesterday at 9:50am. Took until 12:40am picked up my truck then drove I noticed that my brakes barely worked and almost got in an accident. I would have to stomp the brakes just for my truck to stop. I then came back to the dealer and asked about it. The customer service manager/staff has great customer service but unfortunately the service given on the mechanic end is horrible. I don’t get how it took that long and the job wasn’t even done yet I had to wait for them to fix the issue up to 3:40pm. No compensation from Toyota as well, wasted 6 hours for brake fluid and oil change is insane. I appreciate the customer service staff for the positive attitude. Update: the Director got a hold of me and was very cooperative on fixing this issues. I did get a refund and will give the service another try. I’m glad I wasn’t forgotten and they wanting to fix this issue. Again customer service is immaculate, but I hope on the mechanics end they will be better."
