"I called this establishment for a vehicle lockout and was told a technician was on the way and would call me when he was close. 45 mins later I had still heard nothing from any technician so I called to see where the guy was. Only after I called did the dispatcher tell me that they had no technicians and ask if I minded waiting till the next day. I told them to forget they’d already wasted an hour of my time when they could have told me in the beginning there was no technician. 10 minutes later I get a call from this office with an “update” about my order. The lady called me to say they had no technician and ask could I wait till the next day... literally the update I shoulda been given an hour ago. When I asked why waste my time and not just tell me straight on she replied “we have to find out if technicians are available ..” which is a lie, because other companies can tell you right if they have a technician or not. Will never receive my business or my time ever again"
