"Our 15 year old radiant water and home water heater recently started leaking. We contacted Peninsula Hydronics/Plumbing since we recognized their trucks in Carmel on many occasions. Our first contact was on a Thursday with Lisa, Office Manager, who got us promptly scheduled same day without an emergency service rate. Radiant Heating Technician Phillip came out and triaged the problem that the heater was definitely at the end of its service life. After a consultation with owner/proprietor Pete Pinon, we agreed to go the tankless water heater route. By the following Monday, we were set up for installation! Technician Andrew and David did a superb job installing and replumbing/replacing the previously installed nightmare of piping and recalibrated our system. Due to debris in the previously installed system, Phillip managed to flush all the junk out. Throughout our project/installation, Pete (owner) checked in on the progress. At the completion our project, Lisa called to ensure our satisfaction. Bottom line, we were impressed with the expertise, professionalism, price/value, courtesy and customer experience from our team at Pen. Hydronics. We cannot say enough how impressed we were! We highly recommend them as a business that has been doing business in this area for years and has a sterling reputation for doing the right things!"

"If you are looking to get ripped off and get nothing for your trouble, call up "Pete" at Peninsula Plumbing in Seaside. That's what I did for a toildet down in the basement that was powered by a discharge pump to move any waste up and into the main line for discharge. I contacted them and described what the problem was and that it seemed like the pump was not functioning properly. Their repairman came out , poked around for 15 minutes and informed me that this was over his skill level. He ran a short snake down the toilet with no results and left. I mean he left after he extracted $100.00 for his ineptitude. When I contacted the company and complained , no one called me back as promised. This is a scam operation. I had A & R Plumbing come out and their4 repairman knew exactly what to do . And he did it. Problem solved. When I contacted "Pete" once again to tell him I wanted my $100.00 back there was no response. Maybe Peninsula Plumbing and Pete should go down the toilet. Rick Gherman"
