"Capitola Pump stole my pump! They picked up my expensive booster pump for repair in 2020 during COVID; when I called to see when they would have it ready, they told me I was MISTAKEN, THEY NEVER PICKED UP MY PUMP! I was there! If you trust these crooks with your equipment, take their photo, get a receipt for pick up, keep any payment receipt (sometimes they bill you 2x and require you to pay if you cannot find the receipt). Bad company."
