"The place itself is not the problem The associate there did everything in his power to try to help me, however the bank is absolutely horrible. They closed out my account finally on the back end not allowing me to close it out in the bank I had over $1,800 in my account and they're sending me a check for $925. I have all the confirmation emails from the Zelle deposits that hit my account and the time that I could not access it in which that money is owed to me how they can only send me half of it is beyond my understanding. Do not do business with BMO unless you want to be ripped off for your hard earned money."

"Getting repeated Suspicious Activity warnings from Experian Credit Monitoring regarding one of our accounts at this branch. They don't appear to have any way to track these activities internally to see what's actually happening and who is responsible. You would expect a bank to have some kind of audit trail for changes to accounts, but maybe not at BMO. We went into the branch, but they didn't seem able to help very much. They said they would call us back, but they haven't. Attempts to call into the branch are pointless due to convoluted voicemail system which prevents speaking to anyone at the branch."

"First, I LOVE Bank of the West, and I recently moved to San Clemente. This morning it took 20 minutes to attempt to make a deposit with cash back. The teller was unable to read a clearly written deposit slip noting cash back; after the 10 minute discussion, she then still got the numbers incorrect. After discussing AGAIN, she attempted to give me the incorrect amount of the written down cash back. To add my concern, the deposit could not be made in front of me as their system was down. EVERY TIME I asked what the problem was, I was told nothing, then I was then told the system was down. Wont be back, will go the other branches where the tellers know math."

"Terrible customer service from the commercial loan division. Was passed off to Brent Santos from a banker here who tried to push a SBA loan on me and offered me a very low and insulting loan through their business program despite having no debt and significant assets in our business. Once I told him I wanted to pursue a line of credit through my family's home due to their low loan offer he said he would get back to me but never did and flat out dropped me. I looked to another bank I currently used and was much happier, I would recommend looking elsewhere as bank of the west doesnt seem to want to help their clients or get their old business back"

"All bank of the wests have horrible service and I recommend not getting a vehicle loan here!!!"
