"This guy named Mike Parmar is a very professional liar and fraud guy. We got a loan from him for 13% approved and he sold the loan first payment to another bank which bank never works with interest rate and when I figure it is not 13% it was 28% he never gave me a written for the 13% approval. I know many guys that he has scammed. I am one of the guys. I called him after I figured it out . He answered once and never again. So people stay away from sun bridge it’s not a bank it is the 3rd party agent to sell your loan to another bank. I hope no one else falls for this scam."
