"I seldom write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this location due to the exceptionally poor customer service. I arrived at the branch shortly after opening, at 09:30 am, only to find the staff seemingly uninterested in assisting customers. Despite the presence of three bank tellers, only one was actively working, while the others appeared indifferent to the growing line of patrons. No greetings were offered, nor explanations provided for the delay, until a supervisor announced a system reset was underway. The situation deteriorated when a financial officer prioritized a customer they were assisting over those waiting in line, without clear justification. This action, coupled with the officer's preferential treatment of an acquaintance, raised concerns about potential bias. The disregard for customers' time was disheartening, especially considering the importance of efficient service in banking. The lack of basic customer service training was evident and disappointing. As a disabled veteran, I found the treatment particularly unfair and plan to report this incident to the Better Business Bureau."
