"This branch stinks. Every time I come one of the ATMs is having issues and you have to wait behind 5+ ppl to take $ out. The lines to see tellers are ridiculous as well. Find a different branch if I were you."

"Ok... yes this branch is small than most, lines for tellers(only 2) are crazy busy! BUT, when it comes to customer care, this branch delivered! We waited to be seen yes, but someone came up to us and was very polite, addressing our needs. Jessica was very professional during our inquiries, and gave us all the information we needed! I wish more dedicated workers like her met us at branches. I know we didnt get it at our usual branch located at 11817 Whittier Blvd. Think we'll relocate to this branch."

"where do i start? let’s see.. so first of all the bank teller discriminated me over a check because she didn’t believe it was mine. so then she tells the manager and he made me call the institution who issued the check. it was a totally legitimate check and the Chase customer service felt the need to give me a hard time. i will never do business with this Chase branch due to experiencing this kind of discrimination in my life."

"The lobby is small and always packed, not enough ATMs, and the drive thru ATMs only worked when the bank first opened. I do not like this location and have been using montebello and Slauson Branch."

"Very nice, brand new construction from scratch. Especially appreciate the drive thru atm, something that was missing from the previous location across the street from the Taco Bell. It would be nice if they would have added a second drive thru though, so as to avoid potential traffic backup but otherwise a great addition to an ever improving Crossroads Plaza!"
