"I paid with a check and the person went to cash it to CITIBANK Lakewood Firestone branch and they didn't want to cash it. Because he didn't have an account with them, BUT they sent him to other branch according to their internal policies (NO signs are displayed they don't want to share the policy). TO my opinion THIS IS AN ACT OF DISCRIMINATION, I should close all my accounts with them. This don't happens with BOA, CHASE, WELS FARGO or any other Bank that I know I been 30 years customer since CALFED and BEFORE."

"After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant on going to this branch but I'm glad that I did. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with Lucy, when I arrived for my appointment she was available and ready to assist. The customer service that I received was great!"

"Worst bank ever don’t come here they just waste your time. Asked to speak to a manager never came out Agustin in new accounts wasting my time and my appointment. Took the day off of work for this way to 30 minutes to speak to a banker just to be told that I am late for my appointment will never do business with these guys."

"We came in last week to open an account and were told we had to schedule an appointment. I called and spoke to Lucy and scheduled an appointment a week later and now we are here for our scheduled appointment and it turns out she doesn’t even have us on the schedule. Very bad customer service! The so called manager came out and asked us the same question we had answered before to 2 other bank representatives, “who is the appointment for?”. Worse experience I have ever had! Waited an entire week for nothing!"

"Ones I checked the review I realized I am not the only one get terrible service. I really waned to open new account because city bank has good promotion than other bank Representative asking for wait one hour for opening new account but I didn’t see many people in the line in front of me. City bank should hire young and active and positive attitude Representative .I left the bank wasting my Saturday morning and they don’t care.city bank you wasting your promotion !"
