"All kinds of random people hang out at their parking lot after hours and do illegal activities and TRESPASSING, and Bank of America Management at this location DOES NOT CARE. HIRE A SECURITY GUARD FOR AFTER HOURS!!! Edit: After 2 years of posting this things are the same. Homless people in their parking lot at all hours of the night. As I'm typing this, a random group of 10 people that pulled up in 3 cars are just hanging out drink beer and chilling in the middle of the parking lot..No security has been hired for AFTER HOURS. Last thing the Branch Manager said about trespassers was, "Well, were not here at that time. You can call local law enforcement if you want..." not understanding that Lakewood Sheriffs DO NOT respond to calls about people loitering in their parking lot after hours..."

"Worst bank ever, consistently and over the decades. The lines are always long and management doesn't care about customer service. Go to the B of A on Alondra and Paramount. I would give 0 star but I can't. Also had a hit and run right outside of this B of A, and there is no security on Bellflower Blvd. where there are car accidents and homeless people stalking the ATMs. I've been harassed several times since they see me grabbing cash out of the ATM and I've seen other people harassed too. You're sending good customers away feeling unserved and unsafe."
