"Worst customer service ever. I waited at the teller window for 15 min for the teller to send me a new debt card not only did I wait nothing was done. She had to get the manager involved it took forever when I could clearly done it online. Thinking of closing my account they had only two bankers available when the lobby was completely full. This isn’t the first time I’ve gone in and no is available to help."

"Very frustrated with this location, I called many times to see if their systems were up because this particular day my nearest location had their system down which meant I couldn't deposit money. So to not waste time I wanted to call this location and ask if they were also down but they never answered. I called three times and was hung up It's really frustrating and unprofessional. Never had that happen."

"UPDATE 7/28/23 Today, I was in somewhat of financial emergency situation and only needed a quick YES or NO answer to one question that would have immediately solved my delimma. HOWEVER, THIS DAMN BRANCH (nearest my home) NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER ANSWERS THEIR DAMN PHONES!!!! How can they provide satisfactory customer service if they don't answer their phone, as a minimum???? Dec 2022 You rarely get an employee that answers the phone; always have to call back at different times of the day and STILL no answer! So, I just call another branch ten miles away that I've done business with before and get the professional service expected of Wells Fargo. They ALWAYS answer immediately and it doesn't take three days to get an appt with a banker."
