"I was at bank at about 10:30 am it was about 15 to 20 people in line and only one cashier and management did not attempted to open another teller the new accounts had no clients he/she could of place them to work on the teller.i asked Max why they don’t get another teller to open and he stated because some clients have more than on transaction if that is the case they should have more tellers. I would not recommend this bank not enough staff."

"The reviews are true only 2 tellers, they don't care that the lines are long. Spent my whole lunch break in line with 1 lady just pacing back and forth behind the other tellers instead of opening up a lane."

"Due to work schedule issues today was the only day in months we were both free. We wanted to address a simple issue on one my accounts that would take just less than 15 minutes but both of us are required to be there unfortunately. I didn't have an appointment due the sudden free time and told to just join the waitlist. Well I joined the waitlist and waited 4 hours until closing and never got the service that I needed. I am considering closing my accounts and moving to another bank. Customer for over 14 years."

"Horrible customer service! They tend to have one teller all day .. long lines up to 12 people having to wait almost an hour to be assisted at teller.. when questioned why do you always have only one or two tellers it’s always same excuse.. my tellers called out.. Lies!! They can’t always call out and everyday yet they have 1-2 people walking around offering. To use Atm instead!!! Why aren’t they helping as tellers? Why are they getting paid to tell people to use atm instead ?!!! Ridiculous"

"I’m used to going to the one on Telegraph. During busy hours there’s a line but you’re in and out quick at that branch. This branch is a complete joke! There’s 15+ people waiting in line and only one teller, maybe two if you get lucky. I dont know why there are six people sitting at the desks. They should be helping out or something."
