"Opened my checking account on Sept 1st, that was 24 days ago. Today I closed my acct! The people at the branch are nice, but the way First Bank runs in general is a nightmare! DO NOT bank with them, unless you want to experience customer service from 1981. Here are my reasons for closing my acct: 1.Having to deposit cash in envelopes still like the old days, if there's no envelopes, you can't deposit. 2. It too a little over 48 hrs for my cash to be avail, unlike other banks where cash deposits are immediately avail. 3. I've been locked out twice so far. 4. I wanted to know my balance, got locked out, enrolled in their new online banking, was still locked out, called customer service, had to say and spell my name 5 times!!! Only to be told the bank was working on it, it be another 30 mins and to try back again or go to a branch atm to get my balance! So I told the girl, you want me to get out of bed (7am) currently, with a toothache, drive 15 mins to an atm.....because you can't give me my freaking balance???? I just told her "I'm done" come 9am I'm going in and closing my acct" this is f-king ridiculous!!"
"This location is amazing. Every person at this branch is kind, friendly, and proficient at their job. There is one newer person in particular that stands out. She is "new" and on her ''probationary period". I look forward to going to this branch."
