"Always have had top notch service in person here even though I was having a labor intensive service. Obtaining a new debit card. Nuvision has a SERIOUS problem with their phone customer service. Every time I call which is often for various issues, the waiting queue is at least 15-20 minutes long and sometimes up to 45 minutes or even longer. This has been going on for over a year and doesn't seem be improving. I want to commend the service I get from Sheila Naderpour at the Long Beach CA branch. She is the best bank person Ive ever met. Very smart lady and makes doing banking actually pleasant."

"I have been a member for over 40 yrs. Just bought my 4th car through them. Every person has been so helpful & always say hello, thanks for waiting & have a nice day. Olivia has been so nice. I finally opened a checking account with them & wish I opened it yrs ago. Had been banking with Union Bank, they just decided to close out my account after 45 yrs. I talked to 4 people, they told me they didn't have to tell me why. That when I decided to open an account with Nuvision, I'm do happy I did."

"I came with my husband today to open a checking account , and after like 10 minutes we were call to a counter. We were asked a few questions told of different account options and suddenly the lady that was helping us excused herself , branch manager approached and out loud and in front of other customers told us that because of too many inquiries we couldn’t open an account. Don’t care about not opening an account but it was just embarrassing the way he treated us . I thought this place was a place where anyone can come and feel like they care about your business .
