Wells Fargo Bank 5701 South Eastern Avenue, Commerce, CA 90040

"VERY disgusted with this bank. Worst bank location ever. My dad has an account with Wells Fargo and frequently visits this locations. Last year someone went in to the bank and took out 800.00$ from his bank account. When my dad went to go take out money they told him he had nothing left in his account. As soon as he found this out he talked to multiple mangers and tellers begging to help him find his money since he did not make this transaction. Multiple workers he spoke to reassured him that they were going to make notes and make claims to help him get his money back. Over the course of 5 months we have been calling for updates and repeating the same processes. We now found out after trying to make a new claim that NO ONE ever made notes or made claims or did anything other than telling him to close his bank account and create a new account. Spoke to 4 different representatives today agreeing with me that what they did was not right and they should have done more. My dad is an older Hispanic man that they believed to be so naive to not want to follow protocols. Do not come here! Clearly they are working together to hide fraud that is going on in this bank."

"These pos have a line 7 deep with 3 tellers working. Mgr locked the doors (because it's 5p) and as soon as 2 of the tellers finished their transaction with customers they just throw up their "next teller" sign and close their window. Oh yeah and I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact myself and the others in line are not Hispanic or of Latin decent (because the 2 and 3 customers they helped after 5p were and coincidentally they drop the sign when they're all done and it's on myself, Asian, and Indian). What ever happened to customer service? Another reason why wells fargo is what they used to be and why I'll be moving to another bank."

"Couldn’t conduct business during lunch hour because the bank had no tellers. It was open and I saw 4 employees but none were helping or processing customers. When asked if there was anyone helping, on of the employees rudely said “I only have one teller”. Skip this branch."

"I was waiting outside at 9am on the dot for them to open and when I went in, there was at least 5 employees working that I saw. Yet there was only one bank teller. So a 5 person line became a 10 person within minutes. a supervisor was making the tills for the other register but shouldn't they do that 5 to 10 min before they open the doors. Literally no one up front for a good while, minutes at a time. I even waited so long that I had enough time to Google the place, read all the reviews and even right mine own review."

"***BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE*** i agree with everyones experience. I rushed to the bank before it closes and found the line leading outside the Wellsfargo's entrance. I waited for 30 minutes and realized there was only 1 teller with a supervisor walking around in the background gathering paper work instead of putting the work aside to provide service to the customers who are tired and frustrated. I was extremely disappointed with their service."
