"Please don’t make an appointment here. Came in for my appointment and the person I was supposed to meet was busy with someone else. I get it sometimes you need another extra minutes, but not a whole hour. I was told they’ll be free in 15 minutes and other staff saw me and didn’t help. I didn’t wait around longer than an hour of no help so I might have had to wait more for any help. Why ask people to make an appointment and not be available. No point of making an appointment here, just wasted my time. Never coming to this bank and will avoid it."
