"Bad Service. Citi Bank also supposedly is for racial equality movement although I don't agree with that because there is racial equality in our country and by that I mean U S.A but all of their telephone service they do in the Philippines it looks like and I have received nothing but bad customer service. They are lazy they and don't help the customer. They don't even know how to spell in English it's like you have to insist on order for them to do anything for you. Before you deposit a check they will automatically close your account with out verifying it with your employer, even if you change your pin they will ad a note stating that they tried to contact you which probably isn't true close it and send you a letter. The customer service alone is reason enough to switch banks. I think that Citi Bank would create more money if they didn't do business with these customer service employees. I f theyre an American Bank they should do business here and actually make some money."

"Over all the worst online customer services ever! I am trying to call and speak to someone, the system repeat the same option of telling my balance and stuff. Finally after one hour I could speak to someone he told me let me transfer to other dept Then again he transferred my lane for eMessages"

"Whent to the bank and the lady laura martinez so called manager didnt know what to do i think she needed better training and understanding no professionalism. she made me go to another bank because of lack of understanding i am never going to this bank... plus you also have to pay parking like that not enough allready ."

"Went to this location to deposit money on my account. So today Saturday November 19 2016 they didn't open the bank so I stop on their atm to deposit $50 bill and the money never got into my account do to the ATM just took my money without putting into my account so disappointed. They should get a different manager and stuff that wants to work Saturday and give their atm mantenice. I also call costumer service that day to report my $50 dollar bill hopping that I can get it vmback."
