"I wish I could give 0 stars I do not recommend anyone under the age of 35vand a person of color to bank with this branch most of the people of color get denied financing help even though they are a credit union and not your traditional bank the. They are very unperfesonal Coleite the older blonde Caucasian at the front desk is also not very friendly nor helpful. They hold your direct deposits it's just been completely downhill I recommend using another bank"

"I was charged for debit card on Aug 12th 2019 I never recieved the card after several trips to the bank on 7001 s. Central they decided to order a new card which was on Sept 3rd 2019 after 2 weeks and still no card I drive back to the bank and they tell me the card was order on Sept 12th 2019 a whole 9 days later after I was there on Sept 3rd, despite off all that it is now Oct 2nd and I still have not recieved my new debit card at this point I don't know who to contact.
