"I'll start of with the good. I like how its a few hundred feet from my house. Now for the bad. Back then (maybe a year and a half ago) the bank would have the doors open especially on Sundays to use the atm machines. I would usually loved to go on Sundays since it was open and there was only one or two people doing their transactions. A month ago, I tried to come on sunday to make a deposit since my account didn't have enough money to cover my unexpected hospital bill and didn't want to pay an overdraft fee. The door was closed and the card reader didn't work. So I had to walk up to the drive thru to use the drive thru atm to do my deposit since i didn't have anyone to take me to the chase bank near the in n out in Huntington Park. They really need to have the doors unlock on the weekends like they used to or at least fix the card reader to access the inside of the bank or install an atm outside of the bank. It was very convenient to have the bank have the doors unlocked on the weekends and do transactions quickly and not go to another branch for it or if you dont have reliable transportation going up to the drive thru atm to realize a transaction."
"Usually all Chase locations allow you to use the indoor ATMs, this one doesn't allow it or has either been broken for months. The drive through ATM is always crowded after they close. I don't recommend coming here to get cash after they close."
"What is the purpose of having a number to call the branch if nobody ever answers and giving a direct line # to get in contact with the manager but never available. Lines are always ridiculous and to be able to talk to someone in person you have to set up an appointment because walk ins are not welcome. Customers feed back are not being addressed very disappointing"
"The door is not working it is not allowing me to go in to the atms even with my bank card and the line for drive thru is around the parking lot"
"The staff is so lazy. The bank closes at 5pm we walked in at 4:29pm we wanted to add a beneficiary to the account. No one was in the waiting listing. The guy quickly said NO! That is was too late. He said to come back at 9am. Adding a beneficiary does not take more than 10 mins. They were just lazy BTW very dirty bank. Plenty of staff just chitchatting."
