Chase Bank

"I usually go to Chase Bank to use the ATM machine because I don't like to wait inside of the bank. Using ATM machines is convenient. I can deposit money or make credit card payment on the ATM machine. One night, I went inside of the bank to get some cash from the ATM machine, and I needed to pay the credit card payment. Since I had a Chase bank account, I used the Chase Bank card to enter the bank. I knew that it wouldn't be safe to withdraw cash at night. I was with my dog, who was my bodyguard. Anyway, suddenly, I saw a man who came inside of the bank. And I was pretty nervous when he was standing next to me. My dog seemed to be very cautious toward the man. After that, the man stayed for a while, and he left the bank. I was really scared of the situation. Next time, I wouldn't go to the ATM at night time. My dog was very protective of me. I liked to use the ATM machine, but from now on, I would not go to the bank at night."

"Couldn’t help us fix a simple situation. Made us go back and forth with no progress and did not keep in touch with us to resolve the situation unless we kept calling them. Had to make an appointment each time and wait one whole week just to go in for nothing and repeat. Really took almost 3 weeks to just open a checking account. Went to the one on Anaheim and Avalon in Wilmington and was helped right away."

"I was just at this location today and had a great experience from the minute I walked in. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed any help. The man who greeted me helped me out with filling out a form. I waited less than five minutes to do what was needed. I then had to speak with a personal banker. This man helped me with two very important things and provided excellent customer service!! He gave my daughter candy, paper and crayons to color with so she was entertained during the whole process. He even gave her a small chase bank pig keychain!! Everyone I had an encounter with was very professional, caring, and went above and beyond to help both me and my daughter. This is my first time writing a review on Google. I just had the best experience and thought I would share."

"Came in to close an account. Only two people ahead of us to speak with a bank representative. They had two people helping within 10 mins we were down to 1 person even though we kept seeing at least 5 workers walk around. Finally 30 mins later the one that left came back and called us. So 45 mins later and nothing really resolved. Very unhappy and disappointed."
