"AVOID this phony company, you will be wasting your time and money. Alma is the one who processed my used car registration & title but I never got them for 4 weeks, later I found out that she forgot to add my suite number, (she verified my D.L and I double checked if she got the address right but still ended up missing my suite number) I called her to fix the issue because I had moved out of the old address and no longer able to receive any mails but she NEVER DID nor updated even after she said she will!!!!!!!!!! What kind of irresponsible company is this? She never answered the phone nor gave me an update so far!!! I still don't have my title and registration and I have no idea what to do now!!! Please do NOT use this company, AVOID THEM at all cost!"
