"I cannot understand these folks that are giving bad ratings to this wonderful Credit Union. First of all the place is beautiful with plenty of free parking. I have never experienced overcrowding in the lines. Once there were quite a few people in the line but they always have plenty of tellers to get that line down fast. The place is very clean, the customer service reps are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. Maybe you that are complaining should switch to the Bank of America and you'll find out what terrible Services really mean. I cannot be more pleased with this establishment and believe me I've been to plenty of other credit unions that are shared establishments, and this one is the best I've ever experienced. My actual Credit Union is with the Department of Water and Power and I am so happy I don't have to drive so far anymore with this one being located 10 minutes from where I live that accepts DWP customers. Keep up the exceptionally outstanding work! The last individual that gave his negative remarks should always review his numerous misspelling of words or use spellcheck before sending messages."
