Tells me to come back in half an hour. Just to be told, the change machine is broken. Apparently, it's been broken all day. Update: They emailed me and told me they would call me to follow up. I'm yet to hear back."

"I first tried to resolve my issue with the checks on my account status of what ones were pending or cashed with the 800 number. This was a huge mistake it made matters worse. I asked for one check to have a stop payment and it reissued but the operator didn't do as asked. I went into the San Pedro location and had Brittney Smith assit me when I logged in. She answered all my questions together we figured out what the 800 number operator did and didn't do. If I based me continuing with citibank on the interaction with the 800 number operators I would be finding a new bank. But thankfully I am basing it on Brittney Smith and her excellent assistance with this. Also I have always had great customer service from Mayra Mladinich she advised me how to rebuild my credit. Then she got me signed up with a new credit card. Both Brittney and Mayra have given me great customer service over the years. I try never to call the 800 operator it just never works well for me but I didn't have a choice it was Sunday. Thanks ladies"

"Worst bank i have ever been 2 so far in my life and I've been working since i was 12 years old . First off let me start by saying that this bank is super stereotypical just because i look the way i do .i walk in the place to start an account and open up a secured credit card since i figured walking in is much easier then having the online workers investigate and check if its really me ,seeing as i have multiple forms of i.d and I'm not really secure about uploading my personal information online with all the fraud going on. Then i meet mayra galvgavinch or something like that with my girlfriend and instead of focusing on the person that's opening the account she decides to ask my girlfriend questions which she answers kindlly . All in all she said yes i will help you start an account and a secured credit card . As long as you have two forms of i.d i had only brought my expired license and my social, she asked me to go get a paper with my mailing address so me and my girlfriend obliged and went home and got my actual leasing papers what better way to say i live here then a lease of where i stay with my name on it correct? So we come back to the bank and i had spoken with the manager in confidentiality about her worker because i thought her client was kinda rude the first time speaking with her . Here's the twist the manager tells the worker what i said about her and sends the same worker i complained about to me wow ok. So i show her my forms of identification and specify to her what i needed and she said no insisting on a joint account when i didn't require one. Then she mentions to me did you know that was my manager i told her yes i did know indeed that was your manager that's why i told her she gave me an obnoxious look and told me give me one second i have to speak with my manager i obliged and waited.so here comes the manager and the worker in the same lil booth reviewing my leasing agreement like if my lease has anything to do with the product i came for ? And the manager revises it looks at my i.d and says its expired we cant help you? hello i have a social as well and a lease and i.d what else do you need? She insist that they couldn't help me regardless so i kindly got up and told them to have a good day enjoy and that maybe i should've done it online it would be more formal considering the age and timeline were in the only response i got was a smirky face with a goodbye that came right out the managers lips. Wow great work citi bank you hired two inconsiderate racist people to manage a product that your not doing well in to run the business. Im only putting into words of factual basis of what happened in one of the citi branches in san pedro. Name drop for the worker on 9th and pacific mayra galvganivich or something similar dont quite recall last name but very close i might be off by two letters considering its not a common last name, but I'm sitting here wondering how is she not discriminating with a last name like that and the outlook i portray towards society ? So you tell me citi bank what should i do should i be nice and play your corporate game with your petty complaints or should i just call the police tell them about the discrimination that happened at the branch i was in and press charges for insinuating on something they have no idea about ? What's logical to you guys i.e the public? sound off on the board for the crudy customer service you have received from this branch in san pedro c.a Its time for the public to revolt and change things we dont like i.e good customer services everywhere not just in certain places everywhere its your job do it right, and second of all replacing those people with better intellect and integrity to the companies needs instead of ruining a highly prestigious companys name because of bad customer service. First and foremost the company loses good customer value considering my credit score and personal family morals of always paying on time.
