"I used to do my Banking at the chase down the street inside the Albertsons but since it closed I was forced to come to this one. This branch is by far the most unprofessional I've seen with the worst customer service. There's usually only 2 tellers present so the wait is always long. The tellers are usually on their phone while taking transactions and they are always in a bad mood. The managers have seen how they treat the customers and they don't seem to care since they don't say anything. Truly disappointed, I've been here several times and nothing has changed. I guess it's time to switch banks."
