"I visited this location two days in a row.. Yesterday (11-14-23) and today (11-15-23) and both times I was in and out of the line in a reasonable amount of time. The first time I waited in line and was told to make an appointment with Tanya. (I didn't get to meet her) I came for my appointment today to open a new account. There was no wait in the line because I came early, I was informed by one of the tellers that there would be a wait.. Eddie, the manager, is who ended up helping me. He came out and mentioned to me that he didn't want me to be waiting for awhile and that he would help me. (Which he did) Eddie was very quick and he was very professional, he explained the entire process and the benefits that come with having an account here at chase. I have no complaints about the professionalism that was displayed from any of the employees here. They were all very courteous and very professional. The entire process was done in under an hour and this is with the wait times included. I'm glad that I ignored the bad reviews and gave this one a chance."

"This is one of the easiest chase banks to get in and out they have several parking areas outside ATMs wheelchair accessible and Parking they have a good team in there I like it because it’s usually not too busy occasionally there is a weight but it moves pretty quick and there’s always somebody to talk to very friendly it has been there for quite a while I hope it will remain there. The new Chase bank that is closer to my neighborhood has closed down that was a bummer best one I’ve ever been in for transactions and service was amazing! Photos to follow."
