"I had a check that was returned to me, the stated reason was they couldn't read it. I looked at it and it seemed pretty simple to read. I asked my wife what she thought as well as my adult daughters, and everyone could read it. So I took back to the bank it was written on and they were going to cash it and had no problem reading it. Its was then I realized they didn't return the check but my own bank, B of A sent it back. So I went to my back and wanted them to see it and deposit it in my account as they could surely see it like everyone else. But they refused to accept it and claimed they couldn't clearly read the check. I asked them to point out the problem area which the teller refused to. I believe they didn't want to over rule whomever returned the check in the first place. I asked to speak to the manager, they said he was out till later in the afternoon. I retuned in the afternoon and they said the manager still hadn't come back and to come back the next day. So that is what I did. I cam back the next day and closed my business account with $35k in it, then took it over to Chase and opened a business account there as well as deposited the check the no one in B of A could understand but everyone else could. I'm also having my wife and my son close their accounts at B of A as well. I've been with them for over 40 years but this was the last straw. I know $35k to them is nothing but I refuse to have my money in a bank that gives me the run around like that. No respect at all."

"sorry, bank of america, you are not even in the same league as chase and wells. Always have 10 people in line with 1 maybeeeeee, 2 tellers. your hours are funny. 6 hours a day closed saturday. Really? They closed 25th branch down for good. Not sure what there plan is but it seems not good, almost like a bud light plan. a i’ll be pulling my business accounts out and going to chase."

"Just like the previous post mentioned, this location seems to always be closed, especially around the 1st when bills are due. It was remodeled to only hold 3 tellers but only 1 person is working any given time, thus creating a 45 minute wait for something that takes me 2 minutes. I wish I could just do my transaction online but for various reasons, I can't. I ended up going to another location but everyone else is as well, so now there's waits there as well."

"Walk in to 10 deep at 1 pm and only 2 tellers. 3 other employees not really doing much. UPDATE 02/2020 - remodeled the inside and now there are only 2 windows for tellers which I have only ever seen one teller working. Plan for extra time."
