Malaga Bank San Pedro

"I have been a customer of Malaga for over ten years. They have been very friendly, both over the phone and in person. I like the small, intimate feel of this bank, so unlike the bigger “chain” banks. I’ve stayed with them through living in Ohio to living in West LA. I’ll drive for their service. I’m only giving 4 stars because they don’t have a wide selection of products, like car financing. Overall, I recommend this bank wholeheartedly."

"I have been with this bank many years, over the past six months I have visited the bank to make deposits three times, outside of this I never have the need to go inside. The customer service rep a young man is very rude when speaking to me. Well today he was very rude again and as a result I let him know he was rude and I will be closing my accounts. I wish him well in his career however I refuse to do business where I am talked to in a rude manner. Also the fees at the bank have increased to a point they are no more than the comps. F & M Bank does not charge customers like this bank does. I guess I should thank the rude customer service rep now I will pay little to no fees now that I am closing my accounts here. Very, very rude counter help at this bank."
