"This is maybe the worst chase branch in USA, Most of the time they try to postpone your appointment and whatever they supposed to do, I had projects near them, and have to deal with this branch, but they won’t work until 10 because they have meetings, or during lunch or even after 4 because they are leaving and they don’t have stuff. Again, my main bank is chase, and love this bank but not this branch."
"I made an appointment online to talk to someone about refinance, I was set up with someone in their business department that did not work with refinance. He then schedule me appointment at a certain time on a Friday to talk about refinancing with the proper person. I scheduled my whole day around a phone call only to not get a phone call. Very disappointing."

"Amazing services. They give you free money if you sign up for automatic deposit. It's like $200.00 just for signing up. They are super nice and its a very clean bank. "By far one of the worst and strangest banking experiences of my life. I stopped by the bank to cash a payroll check from JP Morgan Chase as I needed to make a bill payment and failed to deposit my check in time for it to process due to the upcoming holiday. So in an effort to expedite the cashing so that I could deposit cash into my account, they ran through the processing and had begun to cash the check. As it was processing and the woman was counting out the cash she realized the amount was wrong and said she had to start all over. This is after 15 minutes of her fumbling, asking strange questions and becoming more and more hostile for no apparent reason as I never once raised my voice, only once said that I my kids were waiting for me at home and I would like to expedite the process. She became irate- barked at me to give her a quarter back that she had given me as she began to count the money out. I then asked to speak with the manager as she pushed me off to her colleague who then also began to argue with me that there was now some mysterious check cashing limit that was not imposed prior during the initial process. When I questioned that he became upset and said that there was a limit because I did not have an account with Chase. At this point all I wanted to do was speak to a manager, not even cash the check because at this point it had become so insane that I would just prefer to utilize my own bank where you are not chastised and treated in a hostile manner for attempting to utilize services that they advertise- banking. I waited for 20 minutes to speak with a manager who never once left her seat. She never came. Absolutely absurd and ridiculous."
