"I went to deposit a check from my company with the name of Wellfargo she did not want to accepted it due that I am not paying Wellfargo that the bank could loose money this is not true, you would first clear the check for the funds to be available. When you deposit funds who you are Paying in Wellfargo in my account,with the old manager he always had accept it the check, this have been the most incoherent answer in my 38 years in working with bank.I am closing my account. My father use to says manager make a bank good or bad."
"This is for the ATM.. for the 5th time it tried to steal my money $200.. last couple of times I'd deposited a few hundred and it would say I deposited less than I put in.. so I had to quickly get it returned and do it one bill at a time. B of A never did this to me. Tonight I started with $400 and it said I deposited $200.. SO JUST BE CAREFUL.. so go to a teller or deposit checks and bills ONE AT A TIME.. is ok. It's just annoying if you have lots of cash bills and checks."
"This is not for the branch exactly but in general. I had an issue with a recurring payment that previously was declined. And so has several others that were "Recurring" And one that was recently denied that is recurring because of NSF. Which is what I want to happen. A while back I had spotify charge my account, Which is an authorized recurring charge. And it took my account NSF, I was not charged a fee, I'm grateful for that. But what I dont appreciate is that at the same time I went to Taco Bell and was trying to get 2 tacos from the dollar menu and was declined, which made me look stupid and embarrassed me. I Thought I had at least $5 in my account. I was negative by almost $2. Ive filed complaint after complaint and got the same response of basically "Its up to the banks discretion to pay or deny these charges" But that was not my question. My question was "What changed on my account between a year ago and now to let recurring charges be authorized with not enough money in my account?" I got the same answer over and over which didn't answer my question at all. The robotic response was no where near the question I asked. In the robots data bank (CPU) that probably was what the answer should be but it was not. I asked for a human to review my account to see what changed on my account, The robot responded with the same copy and pasted response. When dealing with the customer service number I got basically the same response. And one or two that didn't make sense. One that didnt make sense was: ALL recurring payments are automatically paid regardless of account status. I responded with ok a canceled card. Cause the card was stolen, and it goes thru on the canceled cards number, The response was yes. I said ok a Closed account with a negative balance? They said yes. Really? It makes no sense, closed account and negative balance, gee the bank wants money! Another response was that of "We will pay recurring charges for the reason so you cant break a contract." Really? Canceled services, gym membership, AOL, and anything else, You still will pay it or authorize it cause I am obligated to pay them regardless if I canceled it? "Yes" Also of note when i opened the account they basically gave me a savings account as well, Cause its a "Package Deal" kinda like you get this savings account or you cant have a checking. Really?"
