"To record this, August 28/2023 I tried to deposit my money about $1500 into my account by the ATM where located inside . ATM got an error and $1500 was failed to deposit and the money did not return to me. I asked one of bank teller who is young American for help. She told me to call up the number by myself and she couldn’t help. And then I asked another Asian teller I think she is 2nd or 3rd generation Japanese helped me to call up the number. She helped me a lot. Anyway it will takes 45 days to get my $1500 into my bank account. I’m afraid if I lost them all."

"Been in line for almost 45 mins.. only 4 people ahead of me.. manger going around asking us what they came for.. he needs to be worried about having another window opened! Y’all see it’s over 10 people in line.. Pick up the pace and open another window! Ridiculous"

"Stood in line for 45 minutes! 2 teller windows open out of 3. 12-15 people in line. Manager should have been behind the 3rd teller window but wasn't. Been a customer at that bank for 30 years. This merger is going to lose customers. I'm thinking of going to a more efficiently ran bank."
