"This bank is horrible. Recently they actually cashed the check twice (7500). It took two calls to correct it. The only explanation I could get is it shouldn’t have happened. Even when they put it back it was provisional. There is no way of wiring money in the app. It took close to 45 min in the branch (there was no line). The form had to be filled out perfectly. No initializing mistakes."

"not so much a "complaint", because the credit union probably didn't do it - but this move they made has them using an ATM that is a ROYAL pain. Obviously, being a public forum, I won't specify & I did manage to get someone to watch the process & see for themselves how ridiculously inept the programming is. It needs to be fixed. I don't need a phone call or follow up. See for yourself. Go outside & do multiple transactions. Any combination. Check balance, withdrawal (or deposit) Deposit check/cash Those are just the basics. And, the old location had better security for the ATM Again, check it out & consider some of us like to do our banking when we aren't having to fight the Crenshaw/PCH "cage" match ("cage": what bikers call cars & trucks)"

"After being with a financial institution for almost 20 yrs, with not one challenge, my entire working career at Arco (BP)..When I started moving funds around, requesting withdrawals, and following the correct procedures to get my money, several people started acting very funny, putting me in a Category of”are you sure you want to get this amount” and my reasoning for it..now I understand that the questions must be answered, but if the money is wired to this credit union from another financial institution, the only they really should do is set up a day, and count my money out, that’s it.. We’ll after several transactions of the same sort, now they want to play games, like not ordering the funds, delaying me on my bid for income property, and me buying two more trucks for my business.. Deep down I know actually why this manager is doing it, and I will be writing a report on him.. because most folks would jus let it ride, I’m not, it was very disrespectful how it happen, stay tune for further post.. out!!"

"Good friendly bank but they always have ATM issues. I can't take money out or deposit money. It can get very frustrating.."
