"As they say you can’t make this stuff up. Made a 9:30am appointment Saturday morning. I showed up at 9:20am. There were 2 bankers helping the same customer, looked like one was training the other. I was asked by an employee if we had an appointment and I told her yes 9:30. One of the two bankers stepped out of the cubicle and said and I quote “I won’t be even two more minutes”. He didn’t lie 30 minutes later both bankers were still helping the same customer. At 50 minutes and no change I walked up to the cubicle and said I can’t wait any longer and they could give my appointment to the lady that was waiting with no appointment. I guess their online Google rating and reviews are well deserved. I’m going to take my money and deposit my investments in higher yield online banks. Thank you Wells Fargo for convincing me it’s time to move on from the brick and mortar Bank. You provide no customer service so there is no reason to stay with you!"

"I CALLED THIS BRANCH TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO OPEN A JOIN ACCOUNT I ALREADY TOLD THE BANKER THAT MY WIFE WILL BE AT THE BRANCH TO SIGN 10 MIN AFTER ME, AS WE RUN A SMALL BUSINESS AND WE CAN NOT CLOSE. IT. I GOT THE CONFIRMATION ,I WENT THERE A WAITED MORE THAN 30 MIN ,AND MANAGER CAME TO ME AMD SAID WE ARE SORRY I'AM LEAVING NOW I CAN NOT WAIT FOR YOU WIFE TO COME ,SHE HAS TO COME ANOTHER TIME. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH AND I DECIDED TO CANCEL ON MY ACCOUNTS INCLUDING MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT."

"Apparently now it's a trend that a district does not deposit rolls of coins. Hmm last i checked it's legal tender going into my damn account, so I'll gladly go elsewhere. You're telling me if a business came in with a sealed deposit bag, you'd deny their business deposit because your district cannot deposit rolls of coins? I'll find out who the district manager is and area director. Don't worry. Y'all wont be seeing my money at this location."
