"I had an appointment May 25 to make an existing account to a joint account. Upon arriving, I looked around a place to check in or let a teller/agent know I had arrived. No one was assisting me so I waited in the seating area until I saw a teller come out and asked where I can check in. This is after 15 minutes of waiting. He asked a teller that seemed like a customer at the table right next to ours to check us in. The teller was just having a casual conversation with a customer, saw us walked in, didn't greet us, didn't acknowledge us, and kept casually talking to another customer. Well he finally checked us in. Seemed like the place was really busy with an event they were about to have and started to move us to different areas of the bank to make space for the event. The guy came back around 20 min and apologized it may take 30min to an hour to get to us as the person we scheduled with called out. No problem, we started to wait. He came back around 10 min and told us that they could not find someone to assist us and the tellers had to go to lunch soon as well. He explained that he would have to place us in the waitlist and it may now take 3-4 hours considering all tellers have to go to lunch and attend everyone in the waitlist. I understand all staff have emergencies but I had an appointment, already waited more than 30 min past my appointment time and was being told I would be placed to the end of the waitlist instead of making an accommodation to us to place us in between the next people in the waitlist. I made an appointment weeks in advance and others walking in without appointment were to be taken care of before us. Even if we walked in before them considering we had already waiting past 40 min. Doesn't make sense at all. A call or text would have been appreciated knowing the person we scheduled an appointment with was going to be out. We decided to leave to another chase nearby where we were attended immediately after hearing what happened to us here. Nice to know that not all Chase banks are like this one."
"In the afternoons the door scanner does not work when it is already closed to be able to use the machines"
"I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I made and appointment to bring my mother in that’s 79 years old am not very mobile it’s hard for her to get around. Appointment was for 10:30 at 11:18 no one has asked if we were helped nor engaged to see if we wanted to maybe reschedule due to them being behind. It’s such an inconvenience and I will never come back to this branch which is another inconvenience because it’s closes. Maybe this company should look into an elevated training to help train bankers."
"I went to open an account in Inglewood on Century horrible service. I waited 20 minutes for the next available representative only to be told I'm still busy with my last guess paperwork and the guest was gone. She proceeded to ask her coworker to make me an appointment or go online and set up an account by myself.. He was with a guest and never came over. A third employee approached me to ask if I needed help and I shared my experience. When I ask him if he could help his reply was I'm with a guest also but I could go online to set myself up an appointment for next week The experience was very disheartening in my community. I hope they don't treat everyone like me.. Chase you must do better."
