"I don't bank with US Bank, but I used to ask to trade dollar bills for quarters since it's so close to home. They used to do it no problem but recently they've been cracking down and refusing to trade because I'm not a customer. Pretty understandable honestly but still doesn't feel good!"
"Me and my daughter was racially profiled this year by Clarisa Espinoza, branch manager of the Vons Usbank. I've been with this bank for over 10years and she shut down our accounts for no reasons at all. I am in my late 50s and never been through anything so discriminating for being black awoman"
"The branch manager Clarissa knows absolutely nothing about customer service. I approached her and another teller and greeted them "hi" she didn't respond. She then helped me at another window, I gave her 3 checks for deposit (already endorsed with business bank account number) she gives me a deposit slip to fill out after having my checks for about 5 minutes...that whole time I'm thinking she's finishing up my deposit as she chats with the other teller but no! Instead she was too focused chatting with her co-worker. Didn't even acknowledge me the whole time I was at the window. Terrible customer service! Will take my business somewhere else."
"Honestly, if I could give this Branch 0 Stars I would. This Branch and it's staff are HIGHLY PREJUDICE. I experience racial profiling everytime I transact Business in here. Where as e.g. the Branch on Crenshaw and Slauson or Bell Gardens never treats me like I'm not the authorized party to negotiate my very own hard earnings. Think it's time to take my money else where like Units One Bank"
