"This is the worst Wells Fargo bank ever. The branch doesn't know the meaning of Customer service. They don't pay attention to the customer needs. The leave you on hold for several minutes at a time and never try to assist you while on 2nd they just let you sit there, which causes you to get irritated and was hung up on several time. I think the whole front office from manager down need to take customer service classes to improve there interaction with customers. This Bank needs HELP & TRAINING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.-- The worst ever!"
