"Horrible customer service! I was sitting in the bank waiting to be helped and several people walked in after me and we're helped first. After i finally got someone's attention they told me i had to check in with a teller. Nobody told me this and there were also no signs. After checking in, I was told I could sit and wait to see if someone would help me before they close.I was told appointments are strongly recommended. Extremely unprofessional and un welcoming."

"I went to this Wells Fargo in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd today 1/31/24, to make a deposit for my sister. A female worker came from behind her desk to ask customers if she could help (My joy soon turned to sadness) when she got to me, I told her what I was doing there. She said cash, they don't take cash, I was surprised and her TONE CHANGED TO ARGUMENTATIVE. I told her "oh No, No argument". She proceeded to tell me (with the same TONE IN HER VOICE) about the government and what forms of deposits they take cashier's check or a personal check, I told her I have checks. I am overjoyed that I closed all of my accounts with Wells Fargo recently. Nasty female and proof that the bank has gone down. I gave her no reason to want to argue with me."

"The people who work here are genuinely so slow in the head. I think they just hire people who know basic math and can speak English. The tellers act like they got a gun to their heads when you want to cash a WELLS FARGO check. It takes 30 minutes to get to a teller window and it takes another 15 min to finish a basic transaction. The hire pool is declining if this are the people who work here."

"This branch used to be the best. After some huge overhaul in Sept 2023...the usual employees are no longer there. There are usually only 1 or 2 tellers working even when the line is to the door. Some manager lady runs around asking if anyone needs help instead of actually helpingif she can help"
