"I had the pleasure of visiting the Chase Hawthorne Branch what excellent customer service. My first visit I had an appointment with the bank manager, Nikki Samuels and while waiting in the customer waiting area was pleasantly greeted by several bank employees. Once I met Nikki I could tell she was a wonderful person and her staff had the same amazing presence. I enjoyed my meeting with Nikki who is not only polite and professional but also a positive light in a world often filled with darkness. A great personality and I can see her employers mirror that same glow. On my second visit, the same thing, positive and professional as well as just down to earth pleasant. "I wanted to open a new account so went there and wrote my name on the list and started waiting with my 2 year old on Saturday since I am working all other days, after half an hour a lady asked me if I had two forms of ID and I mentioned specifically that I have my drivers license and SS card so I was told that it’s fine but I had to wait a bit more because bankers are not available yet, after waiting one hour finally I was called and asked for ID and then was said you should have had your permanent residency card since you aren’t a US citizen. I understand the rules but waiting exactly one hour for nothing and very unfriendly personnel with poor customer service is really disappointing. This is a really close place to my house but for sure I will never go there again"
