"I was very impressed with this branch, as soon as I walked in, someone came up to me and greeted me and asked me what I needed, I don't think I have ever had that at a bank, they rebuilt this branch and its beautiful, love how classy and modern it looks, so nice there was no wait ( and I went at lunch) the teller was very helpful and pleasant and answered all my questions, I also asked if they could help my coworker with converting her 401K to an IRA and the teller took the time to go get me a business card for a rep at the bank, I walked out of the bank a very satisfied client. "I'd give them no stars if it let me. this branch is straight garbage.. might as well have a bunch of monkeys working there. they are only concerned with getting you to sign up for a new account. once you do, they could care less what happens. i would bank at Mc Donalds before ever using chase bank again!"

The branch manager often walks around greeting customers to see if she can assist them with anything.
