"Friendly people but they tried to make an appointment for me and when I showed up at the designated time, I was told that I had no appointment. They didn't have wifi (except for their app which is useless), so you can't do anything useful during the 2 hour wait time for a walkin. Waste of my time, need to switch banks"

"I’ve been waiting to receive the email to leave feedback but I haven’t, the service I received was so impressive that I chose to write a google review just to give this worker his props. Victor Fabian helped me set up my accounts for my business on Friday. He explained everything in great detail & got me in & out in a timely manner. Plus, my appointment was at 3pm, he had me in the seat @ 2:59. Great customer service! If you have some time to wait for him to be available, I would recommend doing so. Very honest man"
