"Worst customer service ever. I bought one of their gift cards and before I even took it out of the packaging it was already depleted. I was asked to provide pictures of the front and back of the card, my I.D., and the receipt. I did as instructed just after I hung up with the customer service representative. I never received and acknowledgement. I have been calling to follow up just top receive conflicting information from their overseas customer service useless reps. These cards are sold at Target."

"I have spent 3 hours on the phone with the IRS only to be told that my 2 last payments were supposed to be on a card from Meta bank... Told me to call the number but you can't get ahold of anybody! It wants the card number but if you don't have the card number because you never received it how can you put it in? Why won't you pick up the phone?? Why is there no phone number to get ahold of you? It's been over a year for the 1st payment we didn't receive! And yes I say we because there are 2 people on the same account supposed to receive the last 2 but still haven't!"

"My stimulus funds in the prepaid card was stolen. I spoke to many of their representatives and they declined to refund my money. I had proof police report and they kept denying my claim. I hope they go out of business soon and would never recommend anyone to do business with them. They are a bunch of scammers denying honest hard working families. Shame on you"
