"So were trying to open a checking account, we only brought ID + copy of social. The lady assisting us didnt accept what we had and i understand that. But then she came up with a solution. She asked us to get a replacement of our lost SSN card at the federal building and bring the receipt back to her and told us that would be enough.. i had doubts but i still trusted her and wasted our whole 2 hours falling in line at social security to get that receipt. As soon as we got it and came back. The lady told us the receipt is not enough. What waste of gas and a whole day just an attempt to open a checking account. Not sure if its just the staff at their branch is the problem or this is a growing epidemic on every bank of america branch. They made Chase and wellsfargo looking good right now."

"Very unimpressed with this branch. Massive line at 2pm on a Tuesday. Only 2 tellers on duty. There are a lot of banks in this city. My advice? Pick a different one."
