"Lines all the time at this location and at Redondo Beach location. So many people with issues that can't be handled online due to their system glitches and strange policies. I've had to come in or be on hold for hours... just trying to get my money to transfer it to one of my other accounts at 3 institutions. No matter how low monthly fees are is not worth my time in these lines."

"We scheduled an in-person appointment online with the "chat" feature to open a savings account for a minor. Roderick was very thorough and professional . It was a great experience ."

"I have several accounts at this branch and needed a Medallion Stamp for an investment account. Requested an appointment to get his accomplished. Unable to do so on the day requested and was told to call back tomorrow. I explained that I needed to do this after 3pm. I called back. Unable to take my call and would call me back. Did not call me back. I called again at 2:30pm, unable to see me today. Asked about tomorrow, unable to do it tomorrow in the afternoon. Not happy with service and will be considering moving my accounts to another bank. I've been a LONG time customer and this is not the service I expect from a business that I have been loyal to."
