Not sure if there has been a change of board but they are terrible and untrustworthy. Research a credit union where you will be financially supported. Gone are the days when WPCU helped you. Greed seems to be their mission now. Stay far away."

"The only bank that makes you wait 2 weeks before receiving a debit card! My debit card was compromised by a person attempting to do fraud. Any other back would give you the option to come and receive a new card or have an card expedited to you in 3 days. NO IT TAKES A WHOLE 10 DAYS. If you get off of work at 5 & they close at 6 how can you have access to your money? You cant use a atm machine without a card!!!!!"
