Furthermore, the strong-arming tactics employed by this company are deeply concerning. They essentially force businesses into a corner, giving them no choice but to either refund the money to the customer or attempt arbitration. In the event of losing the arbitration, businesses not only lose the original amount of the transaction but also an additional $500. This kind of one-sided approach is not only financially damaging but also extremely frustrating for business owners. What makes matters even worse is the lack of proper communication and customer support. It is nearly impossible to find someone to talk to about your concerns, questions, or disputes. It seems that National Discount Merchant Services is more interested in taking your money than providing the support and protection they promise. In conclusion, my experience with National Discount Merchant Services has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of commitment to insuring credit processing and funds of businesses are protected is alarming, and their one-sided approach in dealing with disputes is deeply unfair. I would strongly advise any business owner to consider alternative options for credit card processing and financial protection, as this company's actions are far from trustworthy or supportive. National Discount Merchant Services has proven to be a regrettable choice, and I would advise others to avoid them at all costs."

"Worked with this company for many, many years and brought a lot of business for them during that time. When it was our time to request something from them - simply changing the bank account they needed to send us payments at - I was confronted with terrible customer service plus we were given stop after stop forcing us to simply find a different company that would service us. Their Director of Client Support did not acknowledge a single one of my points when she got on the phone with me. This company offers cold, rude, and unresponsive customer service. At this very moment I'm still awaiting for my refund request. They still charged me monthly fees, even though they refused to service us at a new bank account of our choice. I requested speaking with the owner of the company verbally, and in writing - every time these requests were ignored."
