First Citizens Bank 8750 South Sepulveda Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045

"Worse bank ever, do not let these people keep taking your money. Card was stolen and used over 44 times in 1 day. I reported it to the bank and made a police report right away. The bank assured me that the funds will be returned as all charges were pending. Now a month later after they keep giving me the run around they say I have to call each place to get my money back. You have to be kidding me. First of all I don't even know these places as some are some weird websites. I don't even know where to call. I never had these issues at other banks. They had plenty of time to cancell all the charges but also why would they allow anyone to use my card 44 times in 1 day. I never use my card at all I only withdraw my checks once a month so that's all weird activity they should of cought on the 1st transaction. So clearly they don't even do their job, this would have never happen at Chase or Bank of America. I'm extremely angry and disappointed all money is gone hundreds of dollars thanks to a careless bank."

"Opened a checking account here in mid November 2020 and they had a $300 bonus promo at that time. After 3 months and fulfilling all the criteria, they didnt pay me the $300 bonus. Inquired with the bank and they said they will be paid in April 2021. Why another 90 days wait for my bonus? And there is no explaination from the bank or a time set for the payout. Very poor communication, almost shady promotion because you can never expect them to pay!"

"I have been with One West Bank since they opened the office on Sepulveda Blvd. Everyone very helpful & friendly. Realize due to virus things have changed, - I do not know all of the tellers as I did previously & the wait is longer - If that is all I have to worry about I am lucky."
