"Brand new location, nice and new but small. Since the one on sepulveda westchester location closed I've been resorted to going to this location. They are friendly but service is extremely slow. I asked to speak with a personal banker and they asked me to take a seat. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came to help me. I tried to wait patiently but this location had no water, coffee or anything. The girl that asked me to have a seat is no where to be found. I had to eventually ask one of 4 tellers doing nothing to see if they may have someone help me after I couldn't stand to be bugged by a fruit fly flying around waiting area any longer."
