"Went in here today at 2pm to open an account. The place had NO ONE on the floor or in offices . Behind the glass was a trainee seemed to be about 17 and looked like he was sitting in his own mess. 6 people in line w NO TELLERS. A woman was on the phone several feet behind the teller station and what seemed to be a cluless gussied up man w a strange hairstyle was turned twoards her with his back to the 6 customers in line. Ive never seen anything like this . Muttered some four letter words rather loudly and bounced to the next closest branch , stay tuned for that one, its even better... *edit after response: I was went an email as a rwsponse. They apoligized that i was angry .Gotta say that's a strange way to respond. Dont be sorry i was angry, be sorry you cannot run a branch properly . Be sorry you lost business, be sorry you alienate customers , be sorry you cant pay people well enough to even staff a branch. Hope that helps ..."
"Worst bank ever. Neg 5 stars. Deposited to ATM a check and it didnt register with the dumb computer system... I want my money back and Im closing this acct. Going back to Chase bank. Well Fargo sucks a$$"
"I bank at wells fargo, my work issues their checks through wells fargo. I go in there on my day off to deposit my check and to my surprise they say the funds will be available the next day. Which is wrong because funds are available the same day that checks are able to be deposited. Also, as my work is a customer of wells fargo the funds are available the moment its in the account. I went in to try and fix the mistake that they made and I was promptly given the run around with the bank technical jargon that they use to confuse people. I knew what the teller was saying was wrong and that funds are available the same day. She decided to argue her point again in greater detail which ultimately got me to the point where I will no longer go into this branch. I can go to any other branch and be just fine but if this branch is going to lie to their customers I will have no part of it."
