"Had an appointment for 1pm, didn’t get the call. I had to call and was told whatever excuse as to why I wasn’t called. You also started charging $25 monthly fees with no explanation as to what changed on the account and the person wasn’t able to explain any detail either. So after years of having the account the fee was just charged and you can’t tell me why? Waiting for the reimbursement and the review is out of principle of the matter. No matter how low a fee you’re going to try and charge I get the notification for something unusual and this came through. Reimburse me, fix the account and provide some sort of written apology and compensation."
